About Drew Beck

B+W Italy and London029-1.jpg

Drew Beck has been interwoven into the fabric of the Los Angeles indie rock scene for more than 10 years. He grew up in the small mountain town of Lake Arrowhead, CA.

Drew’s songs are reminiscent of Elliott Smith, Arcade Fire, and The Cure. He has been a familiar face on stages around the globe and has appeared on late night TV shows such as The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Not only has Drew made a name for himself as a hired guitar player/vocalist (Cold War Kids, Mondo Cozmo, The Moth & The Flame), his songwriting has also garnered very credible attention. As The Folklore Sessions wrote about Beck’s 2021 “Peace And Flowers” EP, “there's a much more interesting and honest tone that comes from Beck than some other artists that currently reside on the Hollywood hills.” Both critics and fans agreed with Oregon Public Broadcasting’s assessment of Drew’s future when they wrote, “2021 is shaping up to be a potential breakout year for the talented musician.”

Drew Beck's music is a reflection of his soulful and introspective nature. His music is a blend of folk, rock, and indie, with lyrics that are both poignant and relatable.
